I create botanical blends the way they were meant to be made - with intention, time, and respect for the plants.

My work is rooted in thousands of years of human wisdom: the folk remedies that sustained communities, the traditional practices of Chinese medicine and indigenous healing, the knowledge that existed long before commerce replaced care. I studied formally and researched independently for years because I wanted to understand how people thrived before modern systems, and how we still can.

Every blend I craft carries that research, that reverence, and that purpose. These aren’t trends or quick fixes. They’re time-tested botanicals prepared with the same attention I’d give if I were making them for my own family.
Some customers come to me because they want something made with integrity, not mass-produced, not profit-driven, just thoughtfully prepared by someone who genuinely cares about the outcome. Others come because they want to learn, and I’m always happy to share what I know. Whether you use my blends or make your own, my goal is the same: to help you access the ancient wisdom that belongs to all of us.
