Product & Quality Questions

Are your teas safe for people with dietary restrictions or food sensitivities?
Our herbal teas are made with pure botanical ingredients and contain no common allergens like nuts, dairy, or gluten. However, if you have specific plant allergies or sensitivities, please review our ingredient lists carefully. As with any food product, discontinue use if you experience any adverse reactions.
How do I brew your herbal teas for the best flavor?
Each product includes specific brewing instructions, but generally we recommend using 1-2 teaspoons per 8 oz of freshly boiled water, steeping for 5-8 minutes depending on the blend. Cover while steeping to preserve the aromatic oils.
Are your herbs organic or wildcrafted?
We use a combination of certified organic and ethically wildcrafted herbs. Each product description specifies the sourcing. All ingredients are carefully selected for quality and sustainability.
Do you test your products for quality?
We work with reputable suppliers who provide certificates of analysis for their botanicals. Our cottage food operation follows all Texas Department of State Health Services guidelines for safe food production.
Can I drink your teas if I'm pregnant or nursing?
Some herbs are not recommended during pregnancy or nursing. Please consult with your healthcare provider before using any herbal products during these times, and check ingredient lists for any herbs you've been advised to avoid.

Brand & Philosophy

What makes Wholistic Blends different?
We don't just mix herbs—we resurrect forgotten conversations between plants and people. Each small-batch blend is folklore in a cup using blends that would make your great-grandmother nod in approval.
Do you offer custom tea blending services?
We focus on our curated collections of seasonal and signature blends that hold centuries of plant wisdom. For special requests, please contact us to share your cravings (A memory? A season? A scent that haunts you?) and the possibilities within our cottage food guidelines.
Where are your products made?
Every tea is hand-blended in our Canyon Lake, Texas kitchen—where the Colorado River whispers and the herbs tell their oldest stories. We operate proudly under Texas Cottage Food Law.
Why focus on women's traditions?
Because so much plant wisdom was kept alive by generations of women. We honor their legacy by blending teas that carry forward their wisdom and botanical knowledge.
